Thirteen alleged members of the band of Oscar Alonso Candelaria Escajeda ' La Gata 'were rooted for ninety days.
According to information from the Attorney General's Office were arrested in the town of Guadalupe, Distrito Bravos.Los names of detainees are: Evelyn Rodriguez De Santiago, Maria Luisa Herrera Escajeda, Jesus Manuel Gonzalez Lomas, Jose Marquez Herrera, Ricardo Arredondo Nevarez, Jesus Gallardo Palos, Calixto Ficachi Ortiz, Valentin Lopez Sigala, Marcial Ortiz Perez, Jesus Chavira Reyes, Jorge Humberto Mireles Preciado Luis Carlos Hernández González and Juan Pablo Flores Rodríguez.Los rooted were arrested by elements of the Federal Police, on June 9, inside a warehouse in Ramon Aranda Street, Town of Guadalupe, Distrito Bravos, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
They were in possession of two rifles, 3 handguns, 720 kilograms of marijuana, 2 vehicles, 69 cartridges, four radios and 3 básculas.Por above, were made available to the Delegation of the PGR in Chihuahua, who opened a preliminary investigation PGR/CHI/JUA/728/2008 and June 11 declined jurisdiction in favor of SIEDO by reason of the specialty, who filed the preliminary investigation referred to above.
