Education Notes The Ministry of Education authorizes a new nursery school in Vélez-Málaga

The Governing Council has approved the creation of 13 municipal-owned primary schools and two under the Ministry of Defence in the autonomous region. These centers will offer 832 seats overall to meet the demands of junior kindergarten (up to three years of age) in 15 villages of seven provinces of Andalusia.

Among them is the new Infant school in the municipality of Vélez-Málaga.

The rest of the new schools run by municipalities under the municipalities of Carboneras (Almería); Espiel and Villanueva del Duque (Córdoba), Alhama de Granada, Campotéjar, Granada, La Malahá and Zújar (Granada) from Santa Olalla Cala (Huelva) and Valdepeñas Jaén Linares (Jaén) and Brenes (Sevilla). The two nursery schools with belonging to the Ministry of Defence is located in San Fernando (Cádiz) Armilla (Granada)
